Happy Thanksgiving

I hope everyone is having a very Happy Thanksgiving. My family shared a wonderful dinner with a wonderful friend and her family. The food was awesome. I was so stuffed from eating such a great dinner. Tomorrow it is back to the gym for me. In the mean time, I am trying to get caught up on my homework for my classes. It has been quite the hectic week. I was in Phoenix last week to help my dad after he fell and landed in the hospital. I was worried while he was hospitalized. He is 80 and his health is not that great. He is in the SNF for rehab, and we are hoping that he will come home soon. Have a great holiday.

My first post

Well, I have this blog, and I am not sure what to do with it. I have lots of ideas for other blogs for my classes that I teach, but I am going to start with this one and see where it goes before I go creating things all over creation!!! Hope everyone has a great day. I am going to visit my dad in the hospital today and then I am going to try and hike South Mountain with my sister. Wish my ankle good luck!!!!
